* The supplier must possess a valid GST Registration Certificate.
* The supplier shall comply with all applicable GST and statutory regulations.

## 6. Terms & Conditions

1. The quoted prices shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation, installation and other incidental charges.
2. All supplied products shall be brand new, genuine and covered under the manufacturer's standard warranty.
3. Installation and commissioning shall be completed within the time specified in the Purchase Order.
4. The bidder shall clearly mention the warranty period and delivery schedule in the quotation.
5. Incomplete, conditional or late quotations are liable to be rejected.
6. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
7. Payment shall be made as per the terms mentioned in the Purchase Order after satisfactory supply and installation.

## 4. ಅರ್ಹತೆ

* ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಹಾರ್ಡ್‌ವೇರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಲ್ಲಿಂಗ್ ಸಾಧನಗಳ ಪೂರೈಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಭವ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.
* ಮಾನ್ಯ ಜಿಎಸ್ಟಿ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.
* ಜಿಎಸ್ಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುವ ಕಾನೂನು ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕು.

## 6. ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು

1. ದರಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತೆರಿಗೆಗಳು, ಸಾಗಾಟ, ಅಳವಡಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ವೆಚ್ಚಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕು.
2. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಾಧನಗಳು ಹೊಸದಾಗಿದ್ದು, ತಯಾರಕರ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ವಾರಂಟಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರಬೇಕು.
3. ಖರೀದಿ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಳವಡಿಕೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು.
4. ವಾರಂಟಿ ಅವಧಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿತರಣಾ ವೇಳಾಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಬೇಕು.
5. ಅಪೂರ್ಣ, ಷರತ್ತುಬದ್ಧ ಅಥವಾ ತಡವಾಗಿ ಬಂದ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
6. ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣ ನೀಡದೇ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಥವಾ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.
7. ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಳವಡಿಕೆ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರವಾಗಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡ ನಂತರ ಖರೀದಿ ಆದೇಶದ ನಿಯಮಗಳಂತೆ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
