- ಅಪೂರ್ಣ ಅಥವಾ ತಡವಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಟೆಂಡರ್ಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
- ದರಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತೆರಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕು.
