ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣ ನೀಡದೇ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಅಪೂರ್ಣ ಅಥವಾ ತಡವಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಟೆಂಡರ್ಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ದರಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತೆರಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕು.
