Regarding the quotation for calendar printing. 2026
Subject: Submission of Quotation for Calendar Printing
With reference to the above subject, the Society requires calendars for the year 2026. The details are as follows:
2026 Calendars – 16,000 copies
Oil paper, multi-colour printing, 7 sheets, 14 pages
The quotation should be submitted as per last year’s calendar model.
The top portion should contain the Society’s name and the photos provided by the Society.
The middle portion should contain the calendar details.
The bottom portion should include the Society’s contact number and other details, similar to the previous year’s model.
The quotation for the above printing work must be submitted on or before Thursday, 20-11-2025, by 4:00 PM. A sample of last year’s calendar is enclosed along with this letter.
Note:
GST bill must be provided for the calendar printing.
TDS will be deducted from the bill amount before making the payment.
Printed calendars must be delivered to the Society’s Head Office, APMC Yard, Channagiri.
