• ಅಪೂರ್ಣ ಅಥವಾ ತಡವಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಟೆಂಡರ್ಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
• ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತೆರಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ದರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕು.
